Grace Normand is a Cincinnati-based communications and content professional with a passion for incorporating her love of communication, writing, and strategy into a unique set of skills and competencies. In May of 2026, she graduated Taylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication paired with a concentration in Organizational Communication and minors in Professional Writing and Sport Management. Her decorated academic career included being named to the Dean's List for all eight of her semesters and graduating summa cum laude.

 

Her most recent experiences include serving as a Promotional Events Game Day Intern with the Cincinnati Reds and a Game Day Communications Intern with the Indianapolis Colts in 2025. With three previous summers of experience interning at marketing agency DeanHouston from 2022-2024, she brings a unique lens that integrates communications, marketing, and PR knowledge. She has a love for storytelling and enjoys monitoring headlines to understand what makes a story stand out.

Grace has a passion for strategic problem-solving. She likes to foresee potential barriers in her work and address them before they become an issue, allowing operations to run more smoothly for everyone involved. In her free time, Grace likes to stay active and go to the gym, spend time in good conversations with friends, watch football, and read mystery novels. She is a coffee addict and doting cat mom.
