Grace Normand is an emerging communications and content professional with a passion for incorporating her love of communication, writing, and the sports industry into a unique set of skills and competencies. From Cincinnati, Ohio, she is a senior at Taylor University, located an hour north of Indianapolis, Indiana. She will graduate in May of 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in communication paired with a concentration in organizational communication and minors in sport management and professional writing. Grace currently works as a Sports Information Student Assistant for her university's athletic department and as a Teaching Assistant in the Communication Department. 

 

Serving as a Promotional Events Game Day Intern with the Cincinnati Reds and a Game Day Communications Intern with the Indianapolis Colts in 2025, Grace has put her classroom skills to use with practical, real-world applications in the sports industry. With three previous summers of experience interning at marketing agency DeanHouston from 2022-2024, she brings a unique lens that integrates communications, marketing, and PR knowledge. She has a love for storytelling and writing, and enjoys monitoring headlines to understand what makes a story stand out.

In her free time, Grace likes to stay active and go to the gym, spend time in good conversations with friends, keep up with all the latest news, watch lots of football, and read mystery novels. She is a coffee addict and doting cat mom.
